I work with both men and women, but I especially love helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

A lot of my clients come to me wanting to feel better in their bodies—move better, get stronger, and see changes over time. I always approach it in a way that feels balanced and something you can actually maintain.

I focus on proper movement, strength training, and building a routine that fits into your life—not one that takes it over.
