This allows for a more personalized experience while still keeping things comfortable and supportive.


Online Training

If you’re not local or prefer to train on your own, I offer customized programs you can follow at your own pace—with guidance and support along the way.

This gives us a chance to connect, talk through your goals, and make sure private training is the right fit before scheduling an in-person consultation.

1. Complimentary Intro Call

30-minute phone call l to discuss your goals, current routine, lifestyle, and what kind of support you’re looking for.

2. In-Person Consultation

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation at the studio. During this session, we’ll go deeper into your goals, assess movement, answer questions, and map out what training could look like for you. ($60 consultation fee)

3. Begin Training

When you decide to move forward with training, your consultation fee will be applied toward your first session.
